Don't you see any popup questions? To run this service you need to allow questions asked as scripted popups. IE7 and up might disallow this by default, while it's no problem with other browsers such as Opera. If you are on IE7 and see no popup on this page, do as follows:
Tools > Internet Alternatives > Security > Internet > Set your own security level > Scroll all the way down and activate "allow websites to ask for information in scripted popups". (not exact wording because of non-English XP here). Click on OK. If you don't feel safe with this setting, you can reverse it as soon as you have run this service. We use very plain Javascript which involves absolutely no risk, but Simmerville web can not guarantee that all sites out there are as friendly as we are ;-)
