We love your Simoleons just as much as you do!
SimCity First Trust Bank, Inc.

Welcome to SimCity's first bank, founded generations ago when the average home got their first electrical stove and refrigerator. Back when the industrial revolution hit Sim Nation and Simoleon capitalism took off. Sims doing well needed somewhere to place their earnings, as well as Sims not doing so well needed a loan to make ends meet. We have been around since the start. We know your Simoleons by our heart and your account.

Individual Accounts

Your hood can provide individual accounts to all (teen and up) residents. These accounts are manually maintained by making notes in the household's bio (hood view), and makes it very easy to transfer values between sims or houses.

To move money between the household's cash account (in house) and the individual account(s), read the Money Transfer section.
