To add money
to the household's cash account, use the Ctrl/Shift+C command and type
Kaching (§1.000) or Motherlode (§50.000).
Individual Accounts
Your hood can
provide individual accounts to all (teen and up) residents. These accounts
are manually maintained by making notes in the household's bio (hood view),
and makes it very easy to transfer values between sims or houses.
To move money
between the household's cash account (in house) and the individual account(s),
read the Money Transfer section.

TS1 Bank offers
Most of our products
for "Old Days" (TS1 Bank loans, SimInvests) are still available at
SimSit.
They include bank loans, SimIinvests and the Money Transfer set which allows
you to transfer 250 Simoleons between households. These products will not
work in the Modern world (TS2), but we now provide you with money transfer
substitutes.

Deposits
Watch your money
grow with 1% interest added every 5th simday!
Each deposit must be of §10.000.
The money is locked for
5 simdays.
Must be manually maintained (hood view bio).
Loans
Loan up to 25% of the household's
networth.
The loan is locked for a
5 simdays period. 2% interests are added on the 5th day. Each loan can
be renewed twice and this costs a fee of §500 per renewal.
After a total of 15 simdays
the loan including fees must be paid or , but ) the Sim will be forced
to pay back even if it means selling belongings or a house to raise money.

Stock Exchange
Mazaloom Stock Exchange now
offers you to buy B-shares in any registered company. B-shares are for
pure investments and will not give you any rights like dividend or voting.
You must buy sets of 5 shares.
You can keep them for as
long as you like, but you must update the value every 5th simday. You can
do that by using the B-shares Result
Service.
