This is the charming house built by the well known painting artist, Chris JB, being a copy of his TS1 house. This was the hood's very first 3 storied house, since simday 24.

Ground floor has a large kitchen, a living room, study, bathrooms and a storage room. 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms. 3rd floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a hallway and the roof terrace where the elderly artist Chrisander "Chris JB" Beartop's last works were painted. The feel is rather modern, the patio is nice too.
