9 Old Simmer Lane - Garden Lab

This is the Moulino residence and the house is basically a copy of the family's TS1 house, but the current version was modernized. Kitchen, dining, living, 2 bedrooms, nursery, 3 bathrooms and a hall on 1st floor. 2nd floor is a full senior apartment with 2 bedrooms, livingroom and bathroom. The original household counted Garden Lab founder and "Green Ribbon" rewarded, Richard Seb Moulino, so the garden establishment was always a grace to the hood. The driveway and expanded Garden Lab has taken some of the garden, but this is still a beautiful place.

I offer various plants and decoratives for your garden as well as flowers for pots and vases. If you can't find what you want, just ask me and I'll order it over night!

Garden Lab was founded of my granddad, Richard Seb. Moulino back in the old flat world, but I was the first to reopen it after the TS2 revolution.
