Swims vs Moulino/Snakespeare

Background: On simday 37 Butterfly (Swims) Snakespeare, widow, was scared to death by her dead husband, Gary Snakespeare. She lived alone with her son Victor Swims (13) from a previous affair with Priestus Moulino) and twin sons Troll Snakespeare (1) and Clay Snakespeare (1) from recent marriage with Gary Snakespeare.

The mission of this trial is to decide where the 3 children shall live, as 3 households claim one or more of them.

Swims

Mathilda Swims - sister of Butterfly (Swims) Snakespeare, and aunt to all 3 children. Wants all 3 children.
Their finances are good, the house at 1 Dragon Viev is large enough, and the household contains 2 elders (grandparents to all 3 children, where of 1 is very old), 1 adult (aunt), 1 teen (cousin to all 3 children) and 1 child (cousin to all 3 children).

"I want all 3 children to move in with us because I don't think they should be split during childhood. When they grow up they can choose for themselves, but for now they need to live with someone they already know. They just lost their mother, and the twins also lost their father, while Victor has never met his father before. These three children belong together to help each other through this difficult time. Although the twins are just 1 simday old, they are valuable to Victor because he has been there through the mother's pregnancy and awaited the twins' birth. I was personally visiting my sister Butterfly uninvited when she gave birth to the twins, and our mother, Ursull Swims, moved in with them temporarily to help raising Victor while he was still a toddler. I have never heard of the Moulinos ever careing for my sister's household, other than fighting against her in any way they could. I don't think the Snakespears visited often either, although they have my sympathy because of the death ofd their son who was married with my sister Butterfly. If there is any justice in this hood, all 3 children will move to 1 Dragon View."

Moulino

Cassie Moulino - grandmother of Victor Swims, not related to Troll and Clay Snakespeare.
Their finances are good, the house at 9 Old Simmer Lane is large, and the household contains 2 elders (grandparents to Victor), 1 elder (Victor's father), 1 adult (Victor's stepmother), 1 teen (not related) and 1 child (Victor's cousin).

"We always loved little Victor very much! Ever since he was ababy we really missed him. When his awful mother, Butterfly Swims, had not left my dear son Priestus at the Altar, Victor wouldnow have been a member of our family and the main heir to our fortune! We have a decent house, we have good manners and we don't accept crimes at all. We are pure love! I am so sorry that we never got to meet little Victor, but now is the time to catch up with everything. I know he is dark skinned after his awful mother, but we will still love him! And his last name, I guess we can change that when he joins our household. Victor has lived a tough life already. At the age of 13 simdays he really deserves a better life than either the Swims or the Snakespears can offer! Did you know that his aunt who now claims all 3 kids used to be married to another of my sons, who suddenly died! How can we trust the Swims? We just can't!"

Snakespeare

Lisa Snakespeare - grandmother of Troll and Clay Snakespeare. Not related to Victor Swims. Wants the twins.
Their finances are poor, the house at 1 Test Lane is very small, and the household contains 1 elder (twins' grandmother), 1 adult (twins' grandfather), 1 teen (twins' uncle) and 1 child (twins' uncle).

"I, Lisa Snakespeare, will tell the truth and only the truth! We were so happy when our son Gary found love in Butterfly Swims, they made a very nice couple. We were in shock when he died after just one day. And then we got to know that his widow was pregnant, and now she had twins and died. Love is so important to the twins now. By the way, I have explained love in my latest novel, "Inside a Celebrity Drawer". I know our current house is not very big, but it is decent. And if we were only offered a bigger house we could surely move there! I have contacts, wealthy contacts. I'm not a regular somebody, I'm VIP reporter! My next book is called "Hate, Love and even more Hate" and will be released very soon! Oh - and if it is important, I DID visit them too, and I actually phoned Butterfly on the day she died. So we had definitely a relation, some how."
